Wanderer is renowned for producing horses with international jumping talent but he also produces dressage horses, an example being Active Walero who competed for Great Britain at the Olympics

Wenzel 1 dominated auctions and National Championships in Germany for many years, producing top class dressage horses including the World Cup Winner Walk on Top

Fontainebleau was Champion at the Verden Stallion Licensing in 1992 and went on to become an advanced horse winning at Intermediare level. He had just started competing at Grand Prix when he injured himself in the stable and had to retire

He has numerous offspring in Germany with honours and many currently competing at Grand Prix. Fontainebleau has a unique, trainable & kind temperament

The mare that this foal is photographed with is not his proper mum as we unfortunately lost her when he was just 3 days old.

We were very lucky to find ‘Sugar’ with the great help of Joanna Vardon of the National Foaling Bank, and she took to him straight away

His Dam: Broadstone Louisiana by Broadstone Landmark (who has got world famous bloodlines in his pedigree including Landgraf and Gotthard) out of Full of Power, a Furioso mare

Louisiana and Full of Power were both Select Stud Book mares and Full of Power was one of the foundation mares at the Broadstone Stud and was the dam of Broadstone Chicago

Louisiana stood at 16.2 hh

This is a lovely close coupled foal that has the most tremendous powerful, elastic action.She has a good temperament, is handled daily, regularly wormed and has her feet trimmed

It is thought that dressage will be her forte’ but when her ridden career is over she will make an exceptional broodmare

To be registered with BWBS and if her dam is graded in August should be issued with ‘pink papers’
